"Mock Drill - Safety in Action ; Young Minds Take the Lead"

On May 7, 2025, our school orchestrated a meticulous mock drill, tailored specifically for students from Pre Nursery to Grade 3. This engaging exercise aimed to cultivate a sense of safety awareness and preparedness among young learners through carefully crafted, age-appropriate guidance. 

Key aspects emphasized during the drill included grasping the significance of mock drills as a rehearsal for safety, attentively listening to and adhering to instructions during emergency situations, maintaining composure and silence upon hearing sirens or alarms and practicing orderly movement and evacuation under vigilant teacher supervision. 

The students exhibited remarkable diligence and decorum, showcasing their capacity to respond adeptly in simulated emergency scenarios. 

By participating in this valuable exercise, our young students acquired essential knowledge about safety protocols, empowering them to navigate unexpected situations with confidence and poise.

Grade 1 Post Office Visit

Our Grade 1 students enjoyed an exciting educational trip to the local post office as part of their learning about communication and community helpers . They observed how letters and parcels are processed and learned about the important role of postal workers in our daily lives.

As a gesture of gratitude, the children presented a handmade thank you card to the post office staff, which was received with warm smiles. It was a fun, hands-on experience that brought classroom learning to life!

Special Assembly - Grade II J

Laughter echoed through the campus of our school as our young learners came together for a delightful special assembly to celebrate World Laughter Day. 

Held with the theme “Smile Together, Grow Together,” 
the morning was filled with joy, fun and important life lessons.

The assembly began with an inspiring thought of the day, reminding everyone that “A day without laughter is a day wasted.” Students then took to the stage with a charming skit and cheerful poems that highlighted the magic of laughter in everyday life. 

From giggles to hearty laughs, the performances brought warmth and happiness to all present.

The celebration served as a beautiful reminder that laughter strengthens bonds, reduces stress and builds a positive school environment.

“Smiles and Giggles Galore: World Laughter Day Celebration" 🎉 

World Laughter Day was celebrated with great joy by our tiny tots. The day began with a lively laughter yoga session, where the children stretched, clapped, and laughed together. It was a fun way to relax and feel happy.

They also enjoyed making funny faces and sharing silly jokes with their friends.
The activities helped children understand the power of laughter and friendship.

Grade III participated in an intra-class competition that brought smiles and laughter to everyone's faces. 

The event featured a Comic Character Dress-up Competition and Role-play, designed to encourage creativity, self-expression and confidence among students.

With enthusiasm, students dressed up as their favourite comic characters, showcasing their impeccable costumes and impressive acting skills.

 The role-play performances were a riot of laughter, with students bringing beloved characters to life with their energetic and engaging portrayals.

The competition was a resplendent display of creativity and imagination, as students let their hair down and had a ball. 

The event aimed to foster a sense of joy and playfulness, while also promoting self-expression and confidence among the young participants.

“Tribute to the Backbone of Society: Labour Day Celebration” 

The Labour Day tribute served as a poignant reminder of the importance of acknowledging and appreciating the hard work and dedication of individuals who contribute to our society.

With gratitude and enthusiasm, students came together in groups to create a collective tribute to these unsung heroes.

As part of the activity, students brought small eatables to gift to our ancillary staff, showcasing their appreciation for the dedication and hard work that goes into keeping our community thriving. 

This thoughtful gesture aimed to inculcate the value of gratitude and respect for the individuals who work behind the scenes to make our lives easier.

The Labour Day celebration fostered a sense of community and appreciation among students. As they presented their gifts to the ancillary staff, the students' beaming smiles and kind words reflected their genuine gratitude.

Special Assembly - Grade III E

A special assembly was conducted by the students of Grade III-E on the occasion of Labour Day, celebrating the theme “Gratitude Towards Helpers.” The assembly featured a vibrant Nukkad Natak and a melodious song, both performed by the students to express heartfelt appreciation for the invaluable services of our school helpers.

As a special gesture, ancillary staff members were invited to attend the assembly. The children expressed their thanks by presenting them with handmade crowns, symbolizing their respect and admiration.

The highlight of the event was a pledge taken by all students to always be respectful and polite to everyone around them, especially those who help and support their daily lives.

The effort and enthusiasm of the young performers were highly appreciated by the Headmistress, who praised the students for their thoughtful message and spirited performance.
