The second day of XAVENIUM 2025 at St. Xavier’s High School, Sector 81 unfolded with grandeur and cosmic fervor, celebrating the enthralling theme “Mysteries of the Universe.” The day brimmed with competitions that blended imagination with intellect — from Cosmic Yoga and Space Scientist Speaks (Elocution) to Build Your Own Space Station, Galactic Gadgets (Advertisement Presentation), and the Celestial Catwalk (Dress-up Parade). Each event became a vibrant showcase of the boundless creativity and enthusiasm of young Xavierites who brought the mysteries of the cosmos alive on stage.
The celebrations began with the warm felicitation of dignitaries, including the esteemed Principal of St. Xavier’s High School, Sector 89, Ms. Renu Singh, followed by the welcome of an illustrious panel of judges whose accomplishments brought depth and inspiration to the competitions. The occasion was graced by Ms. Monica Ahuja, an educator turned pageant winner and fashion model committed to women empowerment; Lieut. Dr. Rita Gangwani, a former Indian Army officer, global grooming expert, author and life coach; Ms. Aarushi Malik, an acclaimed international artist known for her expressive alcohol ink artworks; Ms. Sumiti, a versatile art professional working across abstract, mixed media and string art; Mr. Ajit Kumar Solanki, an international yoga player and six-time All India University medalist; Ms. Ishita, founder of Vision Divinity and an expert in holistic healing therapies; Ms. Nandini Gupta, a publishing professional and author of inspiring fiction and poetry; Mr. Varun Mata, Business & Operations Head of Trinity College London – North India, with expertise in communication and leadership; Ms. Kavita Munjal, an educationist and social worker with vast academic experience; Ms. Simi Srivastava, a renowned storyteller and founder of Kathashala; and Ms. Meenakshi Mahesh Bhakuni, a distinguished educationist and institutional leader with three decades of pioneering contributions. With deep reverence, she thanked the Almighty for His blessings, the school Directors for their vision, the Principals for their guidance, and made a special mention of the Coordinator and the Administrative Staff for their relentless efforts in ensuring the seamless success of the fest. She further extended a huge round of applause to the dedicated teachers whose hard work and perseverance shaped every performance, and to the participating schools whose enthusiastic involvement brought vibrance and life to the event. Her words inspired every Xavierite to reach higher while remaining grounded in values that shape true excellence.
The day continued with a spectacular dance performance that blended rhythm, grace, and energy, embodying the very spirit of creativity that Xavenium stands for. Every step and every beat radiated the passion and perseverance of the performers, captivating the audience and filling the atmosphere with joyous celebration.
As the competitions drew to a close, the most awaited moment arrived — the declaration of results. The excitement reached its peak as winners were announced across various events. Yet, as emphasized throughout the day, the true essence of Xavenium lay not in the trophies but in the journey of participation, the lessons learned, and the friendships forged. The grandest honor of all, the Constellation Trophy for the Overall Winner, was presented amidst thunderous applause, sealing the day with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
The celebration concluded with a warm and eloquent Vote of Thanks, extending gratitude on behalf of the Xavier’s fraternity to the Directors, Principals, Headmistress Ma’am, Coordinator Ma’am, the respected judges, the dedicated teaching faculty, and above all, the spirited participants who made Xavenium 2025 a galaxy of unforgettable memories.
