🌿Grade II-A -Special Assembly – Celebrating Rakshabandhan with an Eco-friendly Heart! 🌿

Our young learners from Class II-A  presented a beautiful and meaningful assembly on the festival of Rakshabandhan, held on Wednesday, 6 August 2025. 

The theme – Rakshabandhan was beautifully presented with a poem,A short skit followed by pledge which encouraged us all to celebrate traditions with a sense of responsibility towards the environment by making conscious decisions of using Eco - Friendly Rakhis . Children showcased plantable and reusable rakhis , sharing the message that love and care can also extend to Mother Earth .

The assembly included a touching narration of the historical tale of Rani Karnavati and Emperor Humayun , highlighting how Rakhi has always been a symbol of protection, compassion and unity.

Our little changemakers reminded everyone that festivals can embrace values of both tradition and sustainability. Let us all learn from their enthusiasm to celebrate with consciousness and compassion — not just for our families, but for the planet we call home.

Friendship Day Celebration at St. Xavier’s High School, Sector 81

St. Xavier’s High School, Sector 81, echoed with laughter, creativity, and heartfelt moments as students from Pre-Nursery to Grade III came together to celebrate the beautiful bond of friendship 💛.

The tiny tots of Pre-Nursery and Nursery began their celebration with a captivating storytelling session of “The Elephant and His Friends” 🐘📖—a tale that highlighted kindness, inclusivity, and the value of true friends. The little ones then created colourful friendship bands 🎨💫, exchanging them with one another in a gesture filled with joy, warmth, and innocence.

In Kindergarten and Upper Kindergarten, children crafted vibrant friendship badges 🏅🖍️ and shared them with their classmates. The smiles and hugs exchanged reflected the spirit of unity, compassion, and happiness that friendship brings 🤗💖.

Grade I students enjoyed a fun-filled movie outing 🎬🍿 that brought them closer as they laughed, cheered, and bonded over their shared experience. The excitement of being together outside the classroom made the celebration truly memorable.

Grade II students poured their love and imagination into creating handmade friendship cards and bands 💌🧵. The joy of giving and receiving these tokens made the day extra special and meaningful.

Taking the celebration a creative notch higher, Grade III students penned and presented self-composed poems 📝🎤 dedicated to their friends. Their thoughtful verses reflected emotions of trust, care, and gratitude, beautifully capturing the essence of friendship.

The celebration across all grades was a heartfelt reminder that friendship nurtures joy, empathy, and lifelong memories.

🎬 Grade I – A Magical Movie Day Out! 🍿✨

Our Grade I stars had a delightful day filled with joy, laughter, and cinematic magic as they stepped into the world of Smurfs! Their eyes sparkled with excitement as they watched the beloved characters on the big screen, surrounded by the cheerful company of their friends.

The shared giggles, the cozy theatre vibes, and of course, the crunchy popcorn and refreshing juice turned the outing into a memory that will be treasured for a long time. It was more than just a movie—it was a celebration of friendship and childhood wonder! 💙🎥
