Kindergarten Annual Concert – "Disney Dazzle": Where Little Dreams Sparkled to Life
Magic filled the air as Kindergarten students presented their Annual Concert themed "Disney Dazzle." The programme began with an introduction to the theme, followed by felicitations for the esteemed chief guests, Dr Sanjay Wazir, a distinguished neonatologist and paediatrician, and Ms Prithika Khandpur, a celebrated storyteller, along with Mr Keshav Sachdeva, a member of the management.
The ceremonial candle lighting and a candle lighting song filled the auditorium with a gentle glow, followed by an endearing welcome song with actions, as the little ones sprinkled magic sparkle all around.
A delightful play traced Walt Disney's journey, from simple pencil sketches to the wondrous Disneyland he created. The stage then burst into colour with an adorable Mickey-Minnie dance, an enchanting Fairy Princess musical presentation, a spirited pirate dance, and a Moana dance celebrating courage and the call of the ocean.
The final scene depicted the importance of saving our oceans, moving parents to pledge their support towards protecting nature. Behind the scenes, teachers and students poured in dedicated effort, culminating in a spectacular Drill and Grand Parade that transformed the auditorium into Disneyland itself. The celebration closed with a vote of thanks, the School Song, and the National Anthem

As part of our experiential learning programme, Kindergarten students visited a nearby nursery to deepen their understanding of the EVS theme "My Natural World." Brimming with curiosity and excitement, the little explorers observed a variety of plants and discovered the world around them, their beaming faces reflecting the pure joy of learning beyond classroom walls. This hands-on experience beautifully bridged classroom concepts with real-world discovery, making learning truly engaging, joyful, and meaningful

The students of Grade 2C presented an interesting story-based presentation on World Tourism Day. The story followed two curious children, Aarav and Anaya, who travelled around the world with their magical suitcase.

Through their journey to India, Japan and America, the children explored different cultures, traditions, famous places and natural beauty. They learnt that travelling is not only about visiting new places but also about respecting people, cultures, monuments and nature.

The presentation highlighted the importance of responsible tourism and encouraged children to explore the world with curiosity, kindness and respect. It beautifully conveyed the message:

“Explore the World, Respect its Cultures and Protect our Planet.”

The presentation concluded with a joyful dance around the world, celebrating the diversity and beauty of different cultures.

Grade - II J

Grade II J presented an inspiring assembly on SDG 17 – Partnership for the Goals, highlighting the importance of teamwork, cooperation and collective responsibility. Through meaningful dialogues, a beautiful poem, a role-play and an energetic dance performance, our young learners shared the message that every role matters and together we can make a difference.

The students were appreciated by the respected Headmistress Ma’am for their confident presentation, enthusiastic participation and for beautifully conveying the spirit of unity and partnership.

The Nascent and Nursery children celebrated Pink Colour Day with great enthusiasm and joy!  The little learners explored the colour pink through a fun handprinting activity, creating adorable pink handprints and beautiful flamingo crafts.
The children also visited the Pink Colour Corner, where they excitedly identified various pink-coloured objects and elements displayed on the window panes. The vibrant activities made learning about colours interactive, creative, and enjoyable for our little ones!

Nascent, Nursery, and UKG children participated in Fundoo Day with immense enthusiasm and cheerful energy. The little ones enjoyed a variety of fun-filled activities, including joyful warm-up sessions, exercises, fun races, running, hopping, jumping, and balancing. These engaging activities encouraged children to stay active while developing their balance, coordination, and gross motor skills. The excitement and laughter of the children made the day truly special. Fundoo Day beautifully blended fun and fitness, providing our young learners with an opportunity to learn through movement and play. Every child participated enthusiastically and enjoyed a memorable day filled with energy, joy, and togetherness.

Grade 2A presented a heartfelt Special Assembly on World Gratitude Day, celebrating the importance of being thankful and appreciating the people and blessings around us. The assembly began with a meaningful skit, through which the children beautifully portrayed how small acts of kindness and expressions of gratitude can bring happiness and strengthen relationships. This was followed by a heartfelt poem recitation that captured the true essence of gratitude. Adding a melodious touch, the children presented a beautiful song on gratitude, spreading warmth and positivity. The assembly concluded with a sincere Thank You Note, expressing appreciation for everyone who makes each day special. The presentation reminded everyone that gratitude means recognising kindness, appreciating others, and spreading positivity through our words and actions.

On International Day of Peace, our UKG learners enthusiastically participated in the Peace Tree activity. The activity began with a brief discussion where children understood that peace means being kind, united, sharing, caring and living happily together. With immense joy and excitement, the children embellished the tree by pasting elegant white doves symbolizing peace, vibrant flowers, and green leaves inscribed with words like Peace, Love, Kindness and Harmony.

Grade 2K presented a meaningful Special Assembly on the International Day of Peace, observed on 21st September. The assembly highlighted the values of peace, kindness, respect, cooperation and unity. Through a thought-provoking short play set in a World Council, students explored global challenges and discovered that meaningful solutions begin with listening, understanding and working together. The performance beautifully connected peace with Sustainable Development Goals 6, 13, 16 and 17, focusing on clean water, climate action, peace and justice, and partnerships. The assembly concluded with a heartfelt Peace Pledge and a beautiful performance celebrating harmony. Through their confident presentation, the students conveyed that every small peaceful choice can help create a happier, united and sustainable world.

St. Xavier’s High School celebrated Grandparents’ Day with warmth, joy, and heartfelt affection. The celebration began with a traditional Tilak Ceremony, followed by warm greetings that made our beloved grandparents feel truly special. The day was filled with fun and laughter as grandparents enthusiastically participated in exciting games organised especially for them. Adding to the celebration, our young learners presented delightful performances, expressing their love, gratitude, and admiration for their grandparents. The event beautifully celebrated the timeless bond between generations and created precious memories filled with smiles, togetherness, and love.

Grandparents indeed fill our lives with love and care, hearts with full of happiness and dozens of sweet memories , the little stars of vibrant nursery -B. Brought a beautiful blend of Love, Joy, Energy and Emotions to their special class assembly on happy grandparents day . Our little ones celebrate the warm hugs of grandma the wisdom of grandpa their endless stories playful moments and priceless blessings with and unbeatable energy cheerful smiles and lots of courage to thrive with their first time performance in front of so many eyes .
The assembly concluded with the reminder “ don’t forget to share love, care and give respect to your grandparents.

Our young environmental champions of Class IIF took us on a magical journey into the Biosphere, bringing alive the importance of the Ozone Layer and its role as Earth’s invisible shield.
Through an engaging blend of skating, Taekwondo, music, drama and dialogue, our little performers beautifully portrayed the relationship between the Sun, UV rays, the Ozone Layer and life on Earth. Their message was simple yet powerful—protecting the Ozone means protecting life on our planet.
The children also shared meaningful ways in which we can care for our environment, such as saving electricity, reducing pollution, planting trees and keeping our surroundings clean.
Adding a special creative touch to the presentation, the bulletin board was thoughtfully designed and created by the children themselves, showcasing their imagination, teamwork and understanding of the theme.
The assembly concluded with an inspiring pledge:
“Protect the Ozone Layer,
Protect Life on Earth!”
A wonderful learning experience that reminded us all that even small actions can make a big difference when we work together to protect our beautiful planet.

The Nursery children embarked on a delightful Nature Walk, stepping outdoors to explore the beauty and wonders of the natural world. With curious eyes and cheerful hearts, they observed colourful flowers, green leaves, trees, and tiny creatures around them. This engaging experience encouraged children to connect with nature, sharpen their observation skills, and appreciate the environment. The little explorers enjoyed discovering nature’s treasures while learning the importance of caring for our surroundings. Their excitement and innocent curiosity made the walk a joyful and memorable experience, nurturing exploration, environmental awareness, and a lifelong love for nature beyond the classroom.

As part of our experiential learning programme, the students of Grade II were taken on an educational visit to Iskcon Temple on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, during school hours.

The visit was thoughtfully planned to enrich and reinforce the concepts covered in EVS theme "Places of Worship". 

Our young learners got a wonderful opportunity to explore the temple, learn about Indian culture, values and spirituality, and understand the importance of kindness and devotion.

It was a joyful and enriching experience that helped children connect classroom learning with real life.

The Nursery and UKG children participated enthusiastically in the Petal Twirl Competition, filling the celebration with vibrant colours, joy, and cultural spirit. Dressed in beautiful traditional attire, the little performers presented lively dance performances to melodious songs inspired by various Indian festivals. Their cheerful smiles, graceful movements, and confident expressions beautifully reflected India’s rich cultural heritage and diverse traditions. The event provided a wonderful platform for children to showcase their creativity, confidence, and enthusiasm. It was truly a delightful and heartwarming celebration of culture, talent, and the pure joy of childhood.

Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated with great enthusiasm at St Xaviers School, Sec 81. Nursery children sang praises of Lord Ganesha and enjoyed colouring, tearing, and pasting activities. KG students listened to an interesting story about Lord Ganesha and learned about the festival’s significance. UKG children watched a story and participated in a fun kitchenette activity, making delicious modaks. Grade 1 students watched informative videos related to Ganesh Chaturthi. Grade 2 students enjoyed a special video screening on Lord Ganesha’s birth and significance, followed by an interactive discussion on wisdom, patience, and new beginnings. The celebrations encouraged joy, creativity, and learning.

हिंदी दिवस के अवसर पर सेंट ज़ेवियर्स स्कूल, सेक्टर ८१ में हिंदी भाषा का उत्सव बड़े उत्साह और उमंग के साथ मनाया गया। नैसेंट एवं नर्सरी समूह के बच्चों ने सर्कल टाइम के दौरान हिंदी कविताओं का सस्वर पाठ एवं अभिनय प्रस्तुत किया। केजी के बच्चों ने ‘सुप्रभात’ और ‘नमस्ते’ जैसे हिंदी अभिवादन सीखे। यूकेजी के बच्चों ने सुंदर कविताएँ, मज़ेदार चुटकुले और रोचक कहानियाँ सुनाईं। कक्षा प्रथम में कविता वाचन तथा कक्षा द्वितीय में विशेष प्रार्थना सभा का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर बच्चों ने हिंदी भाषा के प्रति प्रेम, आत्मविश्वास और सम्मान व्यक्त किया।

कक्षा II-B के छात्रों द्वारा हिंदी दिवस के अवसर पर एक विशेष प्रार्थना सभा का आयोजन किया गया। यह सभा हमारी मातृभाषा के प्रति हमारे प्रेम को दर्शाती है तथा हिंदी सीखने के लिए हम सभी को प्रेरित करती है ।

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत एक भावपूर्ण प्रार्थना  और एक कविता से हुई, जिसमें हिंदी भाषा की गरिमा और विशेषताओं को बताया गया ।छात्रों ने एक नुक्कड़ नाटक  प्रस्तुत किया जिसके माध्यम से यह बताने का प्रयास किया गया है कि आज जब हर जगह अंग्रेजी को महत्व दिया जा रहा है तो किस प्रकार हिंदी का महत्त्व कम होता जा रहा है लेकिन यह सही नहीं है, भले ही अंग्रेजी ज़रूरी है लेकिन हिंदी हमारी राजभाषा है यह हमारी पहचान है। इसके बाद छात्रों द्वारा एक सुंदर नृत्य प्रस्तुति दी गई, जिसने हमारे  लिए हिंदी की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका को दर्शाया।

प्रेम और सम्मान के प्रतीक के रूप में छात्रों ने अपने शिक्षकों को स्वनिर्मित बैज भेंट किए, जिससे उनके मन की सच्ची श्रद्धा और कृतज्ञता झलक रही थी। छात्रों के चेहरे की मुस्कान और उनके भावपूर्ण शब्दों ने पूरे वातावरण को श्रद्धा और आनंद से भर दिया।

मुख्याध्यापिका जी ने छात्रों के सुंदर प्रदर्शन और भावपूर्ण प्रयासों की सराहना की, और इस अवसर की गहन समझ के लिए उनकी प्रशंसा की।

Today, our UKG little explorers stepped into a vibrant nursery and discovered the fascinating world of plants! They observed trees, shrubs, herbs, climbers, creepers, and a variety of fruit and vegetable plants. From colourful blooms to leaves of different shapes and sizes, every discovery sparked wonder and curiosity. The visit helped children identify plant parts and understand how plants enrich our environment and support our daily lives, nurturing a deeper love and respect for nature.

Celebrating International Literacy Day | SDG 4

Books came alive at St. Xavier’s High School as our young learners celebrated International Literacy Day with joy and imagination! From choosing favourite storybooks and exploring the library to narrating tales and creating a magical story wand, our children discovered the joy of reading, writing, and storytelling. These engaging experiences nurtured vocabulary, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love for books—reminding us that every story opens a door to a world of endless possibilities!

World Literacy Day Assembly – A Journey with the Golden Book 
On the occasion of World Literacy Day .
 Nursery A  presented a delightful and engaging assembly that beautifully highlighted the joy of reading and the magic of stories.
The little ones took the audience on an enchanting journey with the “Golden Book”, which opened the doors to the vibrant land of Africa. Through a captivating story, the children explored the fascinating world of African wildlife, learning about animals, food, culture and traditions.
The assembly came alive with colourful performances as the children enthusiastically portrayed different animals, discovered African food and joyfully participated in traditional-inspired dance movements. Their innocent expressions and energetic performances brought the story to life and made the journey truly memorable.
The presentation beautifully conveyed that books are magical windows to the world—they help children explore new places, learn about different cultures and discover something new with every page.
The assembly was a wonderful celebration of literacy, imagination, learning and cultural appreciation, leaving everyone with a simple yet meaningful message: “Every book opens a new world.”

St. Xavier’s School, Sector 81, celebrated Teachers’ Day with warmth, gratitude and joy. PN and Nursery students prepared heartfelt cards and special performances. KG and UKG children expressed their love through meaningful words, songs and dances. Grade I created thoughtful appreciation cards, while Grade II built a beautiful “Gratitude Wall” filled with messages of appreciation. Grade III expressed their affection creatively through songs, poems, speeches, skits, cards and artwork, making the celebration truly memorable.

St. Xavier’s High School celebrated Janmashtami with great enthusiasm and festive spirit. PN children came in ethnic attire, made crafts, and listened to Shri Krishna’s story. Nursery children dressed traditionally, enjoyed a related story, and participated in an activity. KG children dressed as Radha-Krishna, decorated matkis, and listened to Krishna’s birth story. UKG children explored the festival’s significance, enjoyed Krishna’s enchanting story, and created DIY crafts. Grade I attended a special assembly. Grade II watched an animated story and discussed Krishna’s values, while Grade III watched a video on Janmashtami.

Grade 1 E presented a beautiful Janmashtami Special Assembly celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna with joy, devotion, and enthusiasm.

The assembly began with the ceremonial lamp lighting by our respected Coordinator Ma’am and Headmistress Ma’am, seeking blessings for an auspicious celebration.

The students then presented a soulful Krishna bhajan, creating a peaceful and devotional atmosphere. This was followed by a delightful Leela of Lord Krishna, showcasing his playful and divine childhood.

The assembly concluded with a vibrant Krishna-themed dance, where the little ones performed with great enthusiasm and confidence, filling the atmosphere with joy and festive spirit.

The heartfelt performances by the students of Grade 1 E made the Janmashtami celebration truly memorable.

An enriching educational workshop was organised for the students of Grade II by Nickelodeon  Channel 

Through thoughtfully designed interactive activities, quizzes and team-based challenges, the workshop fostered observation, concentration, teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills while making learning joyful and engaging.

The children participated with great enthusiasm and concluded the experience on a delightful note, receiving goody bags as a token of appreciation.

A meaningful experience where learning, participation and joy came together beautifully.

Our little learners celebrated National Nutrition Day with a wonderful “My Good Food Pledge”! 

The children promised to eat healthy, choose nutritious food, avoid food wastage, and value every meal. Through this joyful activity, they learnt that healthy food makes us happy, strong and ready to learn! 

Together, our Grade 1 stars took a small but meaningful step towards SDG 2 – Zero Hunger, spreading the message:
“Eat Healthy, Waste Less, Share More!”
