The workshop series commenced on 8 January 2026 with “Empowered Minds: Learning What We Can Control”, conducted by Coordinator Ms Shivani Mehra. The session focused on developing emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a positive mindset among teachers. Through thoughtful discussions and practical examples, educators were encouraged to identify areas within their control and adopt constructive responses to everyday challenges.
On 9 January 2026, a workshop on “Strategic Leadership”, led by Ms Shivani Mehra, was conducted to highlight effective leadership practices in educational settings. Teachers gained valuable insights into decision-making, teamwork, vision building, and proactive problem-solving, empowering them to emerge as confident leaders within their classrooms and institutions.
The same day, pre-primary teachers participated in an engaging and motivating session titled “The Power of Positive Words”, conducted by Ms Isha Chauhan, a motivational speaker. The workshop emphasized the impact of language on young minds and reinforced the importance of using encouraging, affirming, and empathetic communication.
The workshop series concluded on 10 January 2026 with two highly significant sessions. “Building a Strong Foundation for Young Learners”, led by Headmistress Ms Ramandeep Kaur, underscored the importance of early childhood education in shaping lifelong learning habits. The session focused on age-appropriate pedagogy, experiential learning, and creating a supportive classroom environment that fosters cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Additionally, a practical and life-saving workshop on “First Aid and ABC Life” was conducted in collaboration with AARVY Hospital. Medical professionals sensitized teachers to emergency response procedures, basic life support, and first-aid measures, reinforcing the crucial role educators play in ensuring student safety and well-being.
Overall, the workshop series proved to be a meaningful and transformative experience, equipping teachers with essential skills, renewed motivation, and a deeper sense of responsibility towards their profession. The initiative reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to excellence in education through continuous learning and empowerment of its educators.
