India has one of the most diverse cultures in the world. With its diversity in religion, culture, languages and traditions, the people of India live in harmony and unity. Hindi is the most prominent language of India. Hindi language was adopted as the official language  in the year 1949 on September 14th. Since then, this day is celebrated as Hindi Diwas.
Our little Xaverians also celebrated this day with great pride and enthusiasm. Children explored and learned about the great history and facts of our national language. They recited rhymes, shlokas and poems in Hindi and acknowledged the importance of our mother tongue. This day plays a significant role in keeping us connected to our roots and always remind us of our ancient glorious culture.

EQ over IQ is the need of the hour. Are you developing enough for your child?

We have all heard that our IQ or Intelligence Quotient is what matters the most and it even decides our future, but what about our Emotional Quotient? In our busy daily lives, we often neglect the very importance of our emotions. Our IQ is very important, but it is said that people with high EQs have shown greater mental health, job performance, leadership skills and are more happy in their lives. The formative years of a child are the best to build up on their emotional stability, to accredit them to be happy in any situation, and to help them deal with any taxing circumstances, like the pandemic that we are currently facing. Do you think that you are developing enough EQ for your child?
We got all answers from our esteemed speaker Ms. Saloni Ramani, who is a well-known mind, body, and soul coach on the webinar which was conducted on 12.09.20
